We’re hiring a Backend Developer with Front end skills for a long-term international product, a fast-growing peer-to-peer home exchange platform built around trust, flexibility, and innovation. 

About the Project

Our client’s platform enables users to swap homes or vacation properties with others worldwide using a points-based system, with no financial transactions involved. The system intelligently matches users based on location, availability, and demand, making global travel more accessible, personal, and sustainable. The product is live, gaining traction, and built to scale; you’ll help shape its next major iteration. 

As a engineer, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining core services in a microservice architecture. You’ll work closely with the Tech Lead, Project Manager, and a dedicated frontend developer, all of whom are highly engaged in the product and decision-making processes.
