Middle/Senior Python Engineer

Our company is outstaffing, so all projects are different. Basically, the duration of projects is from half a year or more. The company has a flexible schedule and no tracking.
All employees receive paid vacation and sick leave.
Vacation – 14 working days.

Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend services
Collaborate with the team on architectural decisions and API design
Optimize database queries and system performance
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Communicate with the client’s team and contribute to product development proactively
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
Familiarity with Celery or similar background task queues
Understanding of DevOps practices and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
requirements:
- 4+ years of commercial experience with Python
- Solid experience with FastAPI or Django (both is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs
- Good understanding of web application architecture and SOLID principles
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Proficiency with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
