The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Project/Product Manager who takes ownership of end-to-end project delivery. You’ll bridge business goals and technical execution, ensuring every project has clear scope, measurable outcomes, and satisfied clients. Your process discipline and proactive communication will be key to our continued success.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
- Define project scope, business value, and acceptance criteria before development
- Create roadmaps with clear milestones and maintain them throughout the project
- Facilitate pre-kickoff meetings to align stakeholders on goals and expectations
Client Partnership - Lead regular demos focused on business outcomes, not just features
- Provide transparent progress updates and proactively address blockers
- Guide clients through decision-making with wireframes, mockups, and clear options
- Secure necessary approvals at each project phase
Delivery Excellence - Transform abstract requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Coordinate UAT planning with clear timelines and responsibilities
- Ensure quality through proper test planning and requirement validation
- Track project metrics to improve estimation accuracy
Team Coordination - Work with designers to create clear UI/UX direction before development
- Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are understood and feasible
- Manage scope changes with impact assessment on timeline and budget
- Maintain documentation that keeps everyone aligned
Technical Environment
PM Tools: Shortcut, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion
Design: Figma, Miro, Whimsical
Documentation: Confluence, Google Workspace
Development: Various tech stacks depending on project

requirements:
- 4+ years as Project/Product Manager in software development.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (B2+).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Experience creating functional specifications and PRDs.
- Track record of translating business needs into technical deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
